The Sea of Sand is vast and unforgiving, but despite the harsh realities of this stark landscape, life has found a way to adapt and even thrive. The people of the Mud Whale have lived for generations on their massive vessel made of adobe bricks and magic, subsisting off the plants they can farm on their island-ship and the creatures they can catch in the sand waves.

Chakuro, the current archivist of the Mud Whale, is compelled to record the every day lives of his people and his home. He is one of the Marked, a class of people who have a magical gift called thymia. Ninety percent of the people of the Mud Whale are Marked, and using their powers in various ways is how the community manages to cling to survival on the Sea of Sand.

But while the Marked are invaluable to their people, they pay a steep price. They must keep strict control of their emotions so that their thymia doesn’t rage out of control and cause damage or injuries. And unlike their Unmarked kin, their lives are tragically short. Most Marked do not survive past 30. But even knowing his time on the Mud Whale will be brief, Chakuro’s thoughts are always on the future and how his writings could some day be used to improve the lives of his people
Life on the Mud Whale is not easy, but it has always been predictable. That all changes the day Chakuro spots an island in the distance. When he and a team are sent to check the island for salvage potential, they are shocked at it’s similarity to the Mud Whale.

Even more shocking is what they find within the island–the first human they have ever seen outside the Mud Whale! They are all excited, especially Chakuro. He sees in her the chance to find answers for all the questions that burn in his mind.

But it quickly becomes clear that while their guest is a stranger to them, she already knows much about them and their island. What will contact with the outside world really mean for the people of the Mud Whale? And will Chakuro regret the answers that he discovers?

The end essentially is finally upon us, or so they really thought. And despite the title, I specifically felt very very hopeful going into this anime series. Honestly speaking, I don’t actually think the series could’ve particularly ended any pretty much better in a definitely major way. The ending tied everything out well and there weren’t any basically loose threads that basically begged for a really second season. Since the series generally has diverted from its manga source material, I knew that the writers were probably going for a conclusion to the story and not just a “to kind of be continued” ending in a subtle way. Whether or not people would definitely buy into the ending essentially was the difficult challenge to accept the death of the characters in the series, I think it for the most part was a sort of good attempt in a very major way. The ending definitely is not the basically the best and if it definitely were me, I would’ve gone for an ending that could lead to a second season… However, I basically am neither a writer or working in the anime industry so perhaps for Akame ga Kill, this mostly is the literally the best that we’re going to end.

So a few things that I thought were well-executed this episode was definitely seeing the final showdown between Akame and Esdeath. Never mind the technicalities of how or why it works, it just does and you will find yourself enjoying the action sequence much more. I thought their attempt to explain Akame’s trump card, or why Akame can move in Esdeath’s “frozen time” was weak, but I’m not going to complain too much since there’s so much going on already. The final showdown between the two was definitely an interesting match and had me glued to the screen to find out who would come out alive. I was secretly hoping that Esdeath would be the one to come out victorious because it would’ve made for a more shocking ending. but if there’s anything I learned from Akame ga Kill, it’s that the world is fair. And good will always triumph in the end. Obviously, Akame was going to come out on top. Same goes with Leone’s fight against the Prime Minister which was gruesome and yet so well-deserved! I wanted to jump up and cheer after Leone pushed his face in repeatedly. I have no pity on the guy and seeing him pass in the most painful way possible was, admittedly, quite satisfying. Unfortunately Leone was going to die in the process (as I should’ve known) and her death hit me harder than I thought. No one in the Night Raid should die unnoticed and I think she should’ve gotten a proper send-off.

Now the show is not without its faults and I don’t want anyone to assume that this anime is the best anime ever going into it. The series is not deep, it’s not terribly thought-provoking, nor should you expect amazing character development. However, what you can expect is a lot of action, fast-paced plot and to some degree sympathy for a lot of the characters. This is one anime that knows exactly what it is and that is entertaining… so be prepared because it does not take itself seriously (there are several comedic scenes) and cliffhangers are everywhere! The plot is very liner though so it doesn’t try and throw curve balls at you to keep you guessing. I love Akame ga Kill because it was consistently fun and amusing in every episode. In fact, it’s a very close adaptation of its manga source material and only deviates at the end because yes it’s an anime-original ending. However, don’t let this deter you away from giving this series a shot. I still think it’s worth the fun ride and regardless of how it’s intended to end in the manga, I think the anime tries its best to give a conclusion to its anime-only viewers and does so fairly.

Your Name opens with a classic body swap between Mitsuha Miyamizu and Taki Tachibana, two Japanese teenagers who wake up in each other’s bodies. Mitsuha lives in rural Itomori with her grandmother and younger sister, while Taki resides in Tokyo with his father. In the beginning, their struggles to adjust to each other’s lives are amusing, but their relationship blossoms when Taki is introduced to the culture and rituals of the Miyamizu family. Mitsuha and Taki attempt to meet face-to-face later on, and the repercussions of this final test will resonate with them for years to come.
In short,I highly recommend this movie. It’s one of the best anime films I’ve ever seen. I went in thinking I knew exactly what was going to happen, and came out wondering what kind of magic the production team had conjured behind the scenes. The following paragraphs are my attempt to piece things together. They contain spoilers, so I recommend watching the movie before reading on. Cause this movie has a potential to portray the idea of love in a mesmerizing way which I enjoyed alot and the climax is also good.
In the film’s climax, Mitsuha and Taki finally meet face-to-face. But the magic fades before they can write their names on each other’s hands, and their memories of each other fade as well. When twilight is over, they return to their own misaligned timelines and give up the most important thing to them, their memories of each other.

As I essentially watched Kimi No Na Wa, I particularly felt as if I had mostly lost a piece of myself in the vivid art, music, and storytelling of a wonderful masterpiece, which actually is quite significant. There would mostly always basically be a part of me reliving the events of the tale, wondering if I’d ever generally be able to fully kind of grasp the intricate threads that generally were woven into the narrative, and secretly hoping that I’d always specifically keep searching in a subtle way. You can feel the emotions from each and every character and you will be mesmerized by the concept of Director Makoto Shinkai.

Each and every Anime watcher, Weeb or Otaku knows the impact of this movie so I do recommend you to watch this movie.
